패턴도 서비스를 이용하기 전에 아래 약관을 읽어 주세요. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.Please read the terms below before using Patterndo. By using the Service you are deemed to agree to these terms.

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 패턴도 운영자(이하 '운영자')가 제공하는 패턴도 웹사이트와 에디터, 가이드, 계산기 등 관련 서비스(이하 '서비스')의 이용 조건과 운영자·이용자의 권리와 의무, 책임을 정합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 내용)

  1. 만능기판 부품 배치·배선 에디터와 2D·3D 보기, 시뮬레이션, 진단, 자동 재배선, 회로도 이미지 가져오기, 공유 링크
  2. 전자회로 가이드, 계산기, 용어집 등 읽을거리
  3. 그 밖에 운영자가 정해 알리는 기능

운영자는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 개선하거나 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사이트에 알립니다. 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 가이드·계산기 등 읽을거리 페이지에는 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.

제3조 (이용 조건)

  1. 서비스는 회원가입 없이 누구나 이용할 수 있습니다.
  2. 이용자는 서비스를 개인의 학습·취미·비상업적 용도 및 정당한 업무 용도로 이용할 수 있습니다.
  3. 이용자의 브라우저·기기 환경(WebGL 지원 여부 등)에 따라 일부 기능이 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다.

제4조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

  • 서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하는 행위(과도한 자동 요청, 비정상적인 트래픽 유발, 취약점 악용 등)
  • 공유 링크 기능에 불법 정보, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용, 악성 코드, 개인정보를 저장하는 행위
  • 서비스의 소스 코드나 콘텐츠를 무단으로 복제·배포하거나 상업적으로 이용하는 행위
  • 서비스에 표시되는 광고를 인위적으로 클릭하거나 노출을 조작하는 행위
  • 관련 법령과 이 약관을 어기는 그 밖의 행위

제5조 (공유 콘텐츠)

  1. 이용자가 [공유]로 저장한 보드의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 운영자가 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 해당 데이터를 저장·전송·표시하는 것을 허락합니다.
  2. 공유 데이터는 마지막으로 저장한 날부터 180일 후 자동 삭제되며, 운영자는 보관을 보장하지 않습니다. 중요한 보드는 RAW JSON 파일로 따로 보관하세요.
  3. 운영자는 법령이나 이 약관을 어기는 공유 데이터를 사전 통지 없이 삭제하거나 접근을 막을 수 있습니다.
  4. 공유 링크는 주소를 아는 누구나 열 수 있으므로 개인정보나 비밀 정보를 넣지 마세요.

제6조 (지식재산권)

서비스의 소프트웨어, 디자인, 가이드·계산기 등 콘텐츠의 저작권은 운영자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 개인적인 학습과 비영리 목적으로 콘텐츠를 읽고 인용할 수 있으며, 인용 시 출처(글 제목과 주소)를 밝혀야 합니다. 이용자가 에디터로 만든 회로와 그 결과물은 이용자의 것입니다.

제7조 (시뮬레이션과 콘텐츠에 대한 면책)

  1. 서비스의 시뮬레이션, 진단, 자동 재배선, 계산기 결과는 이상적인 부품 모델을 바탕으로 한 학습·사전 점검용 참고 자료이며, 실제 회로의 동작·성능·안전을 보증하지 않습니다. 실제 부품의 오차, 온도, 전원 품질, 납땜 상태에 따라 결과가 달라질 수 있습니다.
  2. 전기·납땜 작업에는 화상, 감전, 화재, 연기 흡입 같은 위험이 있습니다. 가이드는 일반적인 안내이며 이용자의 작업 환경과 부품에 모두 맞는 것은 아닙니다. 작업은 이용자의 판단과 책임으로 하며, 사용하는 부품의 데이터시트와 안전 수칙을 확인해야 합니다.
  3. 높은 전압(교류 전원, 배터리 팩 등)이나 큰 전류, 인명·재산에 영향을 줄 수 있는 용도(의료, 차량, 전원 장치, 가전 등)의 설계에는 서비스의 결과만으로 판단하지 마세요.
  4. 운영자는 서비스가 있는 그대로 제공되는 것을 전제로 하며, 서비스 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 인한 손해에 대해 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다. 법령에서 책임을 제한할 수 없다고 정한 부분은 그 법령을 따릅니다.
  5. 서비스에는 외부 사이트로 가는 링크가 포함될 수 있으며, 외부 사이트의 내용에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.

제8조 (광고)

운영자는 서비스 운영 비용을 충당하기 위해 가이드·계산기 등의 페이지에 Google AdSense 등의 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다. 광고는 본문과 구분해 표시하며, 광고 내용은 광고주의 책임입니다. 광고와 관련한 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침과 광고·쿠키 안내를 따릅니다.

제9조 (서비스의 중단)

운영자는 시스템 점검, 장애, 외부 서비스(호스팅·광고 등) 사정, 천재지변 등 부득이한 경우 서비스를 일시 또는 영구적으로 중단할 수 있으며, 가능한 경우 미리 알립니다.

제10조 (약관의 변경)

운영자는 필요한 경우 이 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바뀐 약관은 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 알립니다. 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제11조 (준거법과 관할)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스와 관련해 분쟁이 생기면 민사소송법에서 정한 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

제12조 (문의)

약관과 서비스에 관한 문의는 문의 페이지를 이용해 주세요. 이 약관은 2026-10-07부터 시행됩니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions of use of the Patterndo website and related services such as the editor, guides, and calculators (the "Service") provided by The Patterndo operator (the "Operator"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Operator and users.

Article 2 (Content of the Service)

  1. A perfboard part placement and wiring editor with 2D and 3D views, simulation, diagnostics, auto-rewire, schematic image import, and share links
  2. Reading material such as electronics guides, calculators, and a glossary
  3. Any other features the Operator determines and announces

The Operator may improve, change, or suspend part or all of the Service, and announces important changes on the site. The Service is provided free of charge, and ads may be shown on reading pages such as the guides and calculators.

Article 3 (Conditions of use)

  1. Anyone can use the Service without signing up.
  2. Users may use the Service for personal learning, hobby, and non-commercial purposes, and for legitimate work purposes.
  3. Depending on your browser and device (for example, whether WebGL is supported), some features may not work.

Article 4 (Obligations of users)

Users must not do any of the following.

  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service (excessive automated requests, causing abnormal traffic, exploiting vulnerabilities, and so on)
  • Store illegal information, content that infringes others' rights, malicious code, or personal information using the share link feature
  • Copy, distribute, or commercially use the Service's source code or content without permission
  • Artificially click ads shown in the Service or manipulate impressions
  • Any other act that violates applicable law or these terms

Article 5 (Shared content)

  1. The rights to a board you save with [Share] belong to you. You permit the Operator to store, transmit, and display that data to the extent needed to provide the Service.
  2. Shared data is deleted automatically 180 days after the day it was last saved, and the Operator does not guarantee retention. Keep boards that matter separately as RAW JSON files.
  3. The Operator may delete shared data that violates the law or these terms, or block access to it, without prior notice.
  4. Anyone who knows a share link address can open it, so do not put personal or confidential information in it.

Article 6 (Intellectual property)

The copyright in the Service's software, design, and content such as the guides and calculators belongs to the Operator. Users may read and quote the content for personal learning and non-profit purposes, and must credit the source (the article title and address) when quoting. The circuits users make with the editor and the results are the user's own.

Article 7 (Disclaimer for simulation and content)

  1. The Service's simulation, diagnostics, auto-rewire, and calculator results are reference material for learning and pre-checks based on ideal part models, and do not guarantee the behavior, performance, or safety of real circuits. Results can differ with the tolerances of real parts, temperature, power quality, and soldering condition.
  2. Electrical and soldering work carries risks such as burns, electric shock, fire, and inhaling fumes. The guides are general guidance and do not fit every user's work environment and parts. You work at your own judgment and responsibility, and must check the datasheets and safety rules of the parts you use.
  3. Do not rely on the Service's results alone for high voltages (mains AC, battery packs, and so on), large currents, or designs that can affect life or property (medical, automotive, power supplies, appliances, and so on).
  4. The Operator provides the Service as is, and is not liable for damage caused by using or not being able to use the Service, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Where the law provides that liability cannot be limited, that law applies.
  5. The Service may include links to external sites, and the Operator is not responsible for the content of external sites.

Article 8 (Ads)

To cover the cost of running the Service, the Operator may show ads such as Google AdSense on pages like the guides and calculators. Ads are labeled separately from the content, and their content is the advertiser's responsibility. Handling of personal information related to ads follows the Privacy Policy and Ads & Cookies.

Article 9 (Suspension of the Service)

The Operator may suspend the Service temporarily or permanently in unavoidable cases such as system maintenance, failures, circumstances of external services (hosting, ads, and so on), or natural disasters, and gives advance notice where possible.

Article 10 (Changes to the terms)

The Operator may change these terms when necessary, and announces the changed terms on this page together with the effective date. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you are deemed to agree to the changed terms.

Article 11 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute related to the Service is resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
