개인정보처리방침Privacy Policy

패턴도(이하 '서비스')는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다. 이 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 처리하고 어떻게 보호하는지 설명합니다.Patterndo (the "Service") handles your personal information with care and complies with applicable law, including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. This policy explains what information the Service processes and how it is protected.

1. 한눈에 보기

서비스는 회원가입과 로그인이 없고, 이용자의 이름·연락처 같은 개인정보를 직접 입력받지 않습니다. 서비스를 제공하고 광고를 표시하는 과정에서 아래 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

2. 공유 링크 데이터

에디터의 [공유] 버튼을 누르면 현재 보드의 데이터가 압축되어 서버(Cloudflare KV)에 저장되고 10자리 무작위 주소(/s/…)가 만들어집니다. 이 데이터에는 부품 종류와 위치, 배선, 라벨, 넷 별칭 등 회로 정보만 들어 있고 이용자를 식별하는 정보는 포함되지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 부품 라벨이나 넷 별칭에 이름·연락처 같은 개인정보를 적으면 그 내용도 함께 저장되므로 적지 않으시길 바랍니다.

  • 링크 주소를 아는 사람은 누구나 보드를 열어 볼 수 있습니다.
  • 공유 페이지는 검색 엔진에 노출되지 않도록 설정되어 있습니다.
  • 마지막으로 저장한 날부터 180일이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 같은 링크에 다시 저장하면 기간이 새로 시작됩니다.
  • 삭제를 원하면 공유 링크 주소를 알려 주세요(문의).

3. 쿠키와 브라우저 저장소

서비스 자체는 쿠키를 설정하지 않습니다. 에디터는 설정(진단 규칙 표시 수준, 3D 조작 안내 닫음 여부, 펜 입력 설정, 화면 언어)과 복사한 부품을 이용자의 브라우저 저장소에 저장하며, 이 정보는 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 항목별 목적과 삭제 방법은 광고·쿠키 안내에 정리했습니다.

4. 광고(Google AdSense)와 제3자 쿠키

서비스의 일부 페이지(가이드·계산기 등)에는 Google AdSense 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고가 표시되는 경우 다음 사항이 적용됩니다. 에디터와 공유 보드 화면에는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.

  • Google을 포함한 제3자 공급업체는 쿠키를 사용하여 이용자가 이 사이트나 다른 웹사이트를 이전에 방문한 기록을 바탕으로 광고를 게재합니다.
  • Google은 광고 쿠키를 사용하여, 이용자가 이 사이트 및/또는 인터넷상의 다른 사이트를 방문한 기록을 바탕으로 Google과 Google의 파트너가 이용자에게 광고를 게재할 수 있도록 합니다.
  • 이용자는 Google 광고 설정에서 맞춤 광고를 사용 중지할 수 있습니다. 또는 aboutads.info를 방문하여 제3자 공급업체의 맞춤 광고용 쿠키 사용을 중지할 수 있습니다.
  • Google이 파트너 사이트의 정보를 사용하는 방식은 Google의 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
  • 서비스는 광고주에게 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 제공하지 않습니다.

온라인 맞춤형 광고(행태정보) 안내

서비스 운영자는 이용자의 행태정보를 직접 수집하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 광고 사업자가 광고 영역을 통해 수집하는 정보에 대해서는 해당 사업자의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

5. 외부 서비스와 국외 처리

  • Cloudflare, Inc.(미국): 사이트 제공(호스팅·CDN)과 공유 링크 데이터 저장. 접속 정보와 공유 링크 보드 데이터가 처리됩니다.
  • Google LLC(미국): 광고(AdSense) 제공과 웹 글꼴(Google Fonts) 제공. 글꼴을 불러올 때 이용자의 IP 주소와 브라우저 정보가 Google 서버로 전송됩니다.

위 사업자의 서버가 해외에 있으므로 접속 정보 등이 해당 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 서비스는 이 밖에 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 위탁하지 않습니다(법령에 따른 요청 제외).

6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구하고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 문의 페이지로 요청하시면 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 처리 결과를 알려 드립니다. 브라우저에 저장된 정보와 쿠키는 이용자가 브라우저 설정에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하는 서비스가 아닙니다.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

  • 모든 통신 구간을 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
  • 공유 링크 주소는 추측하기 어려운 무작위 값으로 만들고, 보관 기간이 지나면 자동 삭제합니다.
  • 이용자를 식별하는 정보를 받지 않아 처리하는 정보를 최소한으로 유지합니다.
  • 서비스 운영·저장소 관리 계정에 대한 접근을 제한합니다.

9. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스 이용자

해당 지역에서 접속하면 Google이 인증한 동의 관리 도구가 광고와 쿠키 관련 동의를 먼저 묻고, 이용자는 언제든 선택을 바꾸거나 철회할 수 있습니다. 처리의 법적 근거는 광고·쿠키에 대한 동의, 그리고 서비스 제공과 보안을 위한 정당한 이익입니다. 이용자는 접근, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 이동, 이의 제기를 요구할 권리가 있으며, 거주 지역의 개인정보 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 수 있습니다.

11. 방침의 변경

이 방침의 내용이 바뀌면 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이용자에게 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 알립니다. 현재 방침은 2026-10-07부터 시행됩니다.

2. Share link data

When you press the editor's [Share] button, the current board's data is compressed and stored on the server (Cloudflare KV), and a random 10-character address (/s/…) is created. This data contains only circuit information such as part types and positions, wiring, labels, and net aliases, and no information that identifies you. However, if you write personal information such as a name or contact details in a part label or net alias, that is stored with it, so please do not.

  • Anyone who knows the link address can open the board.
  • Shared pages are set not to appear in search engines.
  • It is deleted automatically 180 days after the day it was last saved. Saving again to the same link restarts the period.
  • If you want it deleted, tell us the share link address (contact).

3. Cookies and browser storage

The Service itself does not set cookies. The editor stores settings (display level of diagnostic rules, whether you dismissed the 3D controls hint, pen input settings, and display language) and copied parts in your browser storage, and this information is not sent to the server. The purpose of each item and how to delete it are listed on the Ads & Cookies page.

4. Ads (Google AdSense) and third-party cookies

Google AdSense ads may be shown on some pages of the Service (guides, calculators, and so on). The following applies when ads are shown. No ads are shown on the editor and shared board screens.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ad Settings. Alternatively, you can visit aboutads.info to opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising.
  • How Google uses information from partner sites is explained in Google's information.
  • The Service does not give advertisers personal information that identifies you.

The Service operator does not collect your behavioral information directly or provide it to third parties, and the ad provider's own privacy policy applies to information it collects through the ad areas.

5. External services and processing abroad

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): serving the site (hosting and CDN) and storing share link data. Access information and share link board data are processed.
  • Google LLC (USA): providing ads (AdSense) and web fonts (Google Fonts). When fonts are loaded, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google's servers.

Because these providers' servers are overseas, access information and the like may be processed in those countries. The Service does not provide your information to third parties or outsource its processing otherwise (except for requests required by law).

6. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your information, and withdraw consent. If you make a request on the contact page, we will tell you the result within 10 days of receiving it. You can delete information and cookies stored in your browser yourself in your browser settings.

7. Children's personal information

The Service does not collect personal information from children under 14, and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Security measures

  • All communication is encrypted with HTTPS.
  • Share link addresses are random values that are hard to guess, and are deleted automatically after the retention period.
  • The Service does not receive information that identifies you, which keeps the information it processes to a minimum.
  • Access to the accounts used to operate the Service and manage storage is restricted.

9. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland

When you visit from these regions, a consent management tool certified by Google first asks for consent related to ads and cookies, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. The legal bases for processing are your consent to ads and cookies and our legitimate interest in providing the Service and security. You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and to object, and you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will announce it on this page together with the effective date. Important changes are announced 7 days before they take effect. The current policy has been in effect since 2026-10-07.
